Pleasant stay for a short visit to Rome

We stayed at Best Western Hotel Globus for one night as a family of four. We had a quadruple room on the fifth floor with a balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has stairs and two elevators for accessing the different floors. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. The nearest metro station is Policlinico, which is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. This made it easy to get around the city. The hotel also offered an airport shuttle service, but we opted to take the train and metro instead. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace where you can buy refreshments and enjoy views of the city. We were only there for one night, but we could have easily stayed longer as the hotel was so comfortable and convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Best Western Hotel Globus and it met our needs well for a short visit to Rome.

Worth every penny

Breakfast was tasty and a good selection, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, cleanliness 10/10 and the location was perfect , 7mn walk to policlinico station and 2 stop la to get to Termini the main station.

The only slight disappointment was the WiFi in the room , we were staying on the 5th floor and struggled sometimes to connect.

In general the hotel was good, however we didn’t like the first night the restaurant was not operating.

The room was good, big enough exactly as shown on the website. We pay for the terrace.

We pay extra for the terrace but no chairs or even small table, so basically we were not able to enjoy outside

Big family group enjoyed the helpful staff and spacious building .

Great and very helpful staff. Good breakfast and large facility to move around in or congregate with a multiparty group

Location is a bit uncomfortable but we only were in Rome two nights. Sometimes taxis seemed hard to find but the metro was not a far walk.

Good breakfast

The room was cooled nicely with air-conditioning. Had multiple elevators that were useful because of bringing our luggage. The breakfast was very yummy, which also had a good selection of food, even the packed breakfast that was made for us in the morning.

The wifi was only strong in the bathroom. But overall good.

Very good hotel in a nice area

They have a very good computer/printer at the reception to print e.g. boarding passes. Good heating during the afternoon.

Internet is awful. Could be some more cheeses and cold meats for breakfast. The room patio lacks furniture. A bit cold in corridors.

Reasonable price, great staff.

The location is nice, very near to the grocery and pizzeria.

The washroom bathtub is very challenging, the shower head is broken and the handle is very loose. We end up drying the floor every time we take a bath, very inconvenient. Sorry we don't have a picture but we are in room 510, not here to complain but pls check it so you guys won't get any further complaints.

Very Good

Happy with the stay. Shower didn't drain well but they sorted it after second time asking. Bag storage was good. Can't figure out why this had bad reviews. The walk to subway was okay, I did get drenched one day walking back but not hotels fault and subway was frequent. We arrived on Sunday and area was dead but it was lively during the week. Hotel staff were helpful.
