Very good hotel in a nice area

They have a very good computer/printer at the reception to print e.g. boarding passes. Good heating during the afternoon.

Internet is awful. Could be some more cheeses and cold meats for breakfast. The room patio lacks furniture. A bit cold in corridors.

Reasonable price, great staff.

The location is nice, very near to the grocery and pizzeria.

The washroom bathtub is very challenging, the shower head is broken and the handle is very loose. We end up drying the floor every time we take a bath, very inconvenient. Sorry we don't have a picture but we are in room 510, not here to complain but pls check it so you guys won't get any further complaints.

Very Good

Happy with the stay. Shower didn't drain well but they sorted it after second time asking. Bag storage was good. Can't figure out why this had bad reviews. The walk to subway was okay, I did get drenched one day walking back but not hotels fault and subway was frequent. We arrived on Sunday and area was dead but it was lively during the week. Hotel staff were helpful.

We liked the location and the breakfast, but the wifi needed to be stronger, but overall, a good value for the rate we p

Since we wanted to be fairly close to Roma Termini, the hotel was in a good location for us, about a 3/4 mile walk from the station. We also liked that it was in a university area filled with students going to class. Also, the breakfasts were very good, with a good variety including scrambled eggs, many meat selections, cheeses, bread, fruit,yogurt, cereal and a variety of bakery selections that were very good.

We were supposed to have a balcony, but they gave us a room without one. When we told them that we were supposed to have one, they said they could change it the next day rather than right away. Then we discovered that we were getting no wifi in that room. At that point they changed us to a room with a balcony and wifi. The wifi in the new room was acceptable, but not very strong. I do wonder why they were not initially going to move us until the next day, but then when we said we had to have wifi, they were able to move us right away. However,while our initial check in was a bit stressful, once we were able to make the change, we had a nice stay.

The location was great for our purposes, but we won't be returning.

The breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the street below.

The mattress was very firm, as were the pillows. Did not sleep well. We ate in the hotel restaurant on our first night, but it felt a bit like a cafeteria, no atmosphere, however the pizza we chose was delicious, loverly thin base.The reception staff were ok, but at times they seemed a bit distracted.

Very Good

Nice hotel, good location, close to the metro. They offer luggage storage which was useful at the time we were there. Free beverages in the fridge.

No ventilation in the bathroom and therefore no way bathroom floor to be dry. The WiFi was poor but probably because our room was on the 5th floor.

Wonderful

Antonio the front receptionist was very helpful and was always ready to help. Our flight was canceled , Antonio came to the rescue . I highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good and price is very reasonable. Public bus across the street (#310) goes straight to Termini station.

Elevator is a bit too small.

Thin walls, we moved the room as the result... but the issue was that they said they will move our bags once the new room will be ready, we returned at midday from hot sun outside, and they said no rooms until 2 p.m.!! We were sitting 2 hours in the lobby waiting for a new room!! They could give us exact hour in advance, we paid for this time.. Also the WiFi in the rooms is very poor
