Eccellente
A soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini, in piena zona Sapienza-Umberto I, è un hotel più orientato al business che ai turisti ma ha tutto quello che serve: camera con servizi minimali ma grande il giusto, pulita, bagno moderno e ben fornito, un tavolino con bollitore elettrico e un po' di caffè e tisane. Due ascensori, ristorante sul tetto che, in caso di freddo o brutto tempo, si trasferisce al piano -1, dove viene servita anche la colazione, a buffet, abbastanza ricca e variegata sia di salato che di dolce. Servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito, personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Per i turisti l'unica comodità è la stazione, altrimenti è necessario dotarsi di abbonamento ATAC e muoversi in metropolitana (a 10 minuti a piedi), oppure prepararsi ad almeno 45 minuti di passeggiata per raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Il deposito bagagli è pseudo-custodito, nel senso che non c'è un addetto che mette via le valigie consegnando un talloncino, quindi i clienti possono mettere le proprie valige e andarsene prendendo anche quelle non loro, senza alcun controllo. La camera è priva di prese elettriche vicino ai letti e ci sono solo due prese nella zona TV, quindi attaccare un portatile al muro è complicato così come usare i caricabatterie per cellulari. Inoltre ha un tavolino singolo con una sola sedia, quindi per esempio in una quadrupla in tre sono costretti a stare sul letto. L'attesa per il check-in è lunga perché il receptionist inserisce sul momento tutti i dati degli ospiti. La cameriera che prendeva gli ordini al ristorante non rispettava l'ordine di arrivo dei clienti e i tempi di attesa per ordinare e per essere serviti sono stati molto lunghi, complice il fatto che questa cameriera era da sola ed era chiaramente in difficoltà perché non aveva nessuno ad aiutarla.
